Service Description
Our therapist will work 1:1 to provide a personalised art therapy session. These sessions focus on using art as a tool to support emotional and mental well-being in a comfortable setting. All art materials are provided.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule an art therapy session. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain a smooth scheduling process, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy: Cancellation Notice 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need of therapy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. No-Show Policy If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice (a "no-show"), the full session fee will be charged. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice due to an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rescheduling Sessions If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. We will do our best to find an alternative time that works for both you and the therapist. Refunds Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or missed sessions. However, we are happy to reschedule your session if proper notice is given. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and efficient scheduling process.
